Ourlife Health is dedicated to making sure that OurSkinny is "The Easiest Diet Ever" and we believe that these ordering and shipping policies allow us the greatest flexibility in serving you at this time. We will continue to review this policy and make changes as required in order to better serve our customers. You are responsible for providing us with correct and complete home address delivery information. If your package is undeliverable, or delivered to a wrong address as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or missing delivery information, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage. Any errors are the responsibility of the purchaser and so we ask that you please read the following:
Please check that your order information is correct, especially your reply e-mail address; delivery address, including apartment or rural route number; correct street name; zip code and the recipient’s phone number before submitting your order. Additionally please make sure that your credit card number, security code, and billing address are correct before submitting your order. (Note: this may be different from your delivery address). You will not be able to complete your order without this accurate information and you will need to resubmit your order. This is for your protection as well as ours.
If you find any errors after you place your order, you must contact us by phone or email within 24 hours and receive confirmation of corrected delivery address. We will email you a corrected delivery address as verification of correction. If for any reason we ourselves find information regarding your order to be incomplete, we will call or email you to verify your information.
In some cases, your order may contain items that are no longer in stock or temporarily out of stock. We do our best to ensure that the website reflects what we have available, but this is not always possible. In the event that this occurs, we will contact you and let you know when your desired product is estimated to be back in stock. At that time, we will offer you the opportunity to choose replacement items in the event that you do not wish to wait.
We are working hard to ensure rapid, on-time delivery, which limits our ability to accept cancellations. You may change your order, or cancel your order entirely, within twenty-four hours after placing your order.
OurSkinny is offering free shipping within the continental U.S. only (excluding Alaska) on autoshipped two- and four-week orders.
If you request autoshipment, we will automatically charge your preferred payment method and ship your custom order every two or four weeks. You may edit the contents of your plan at any time by visiting the "My Plan" page at ourskinny.com, and we will provide automated email reminders to let you know when each monthly or bi-weekly order is due to ship and once tracking is available.
After your second shipment, you may cancel without penalty at any time and for any reason for up to 72 hours before your next scheduled delivery. You may cancel your autoship plan by calling 1-855-ESKINNY or, again, via the "My Plan" page at ourskinny.com.
Please note: if you cancel before your second shipment, you will be charged a one-time cancellation fee of $20 for two-week or $30 for four-week orders.
Please be assured that we will attempt ship your order as soon as possible and within three business days. We understand how important it is to receive your OurSkinny Mini Meals in a timely fashion once you have made the commitment to lose weight, and so this is our commitment to you.
At this time, we are only able to ship within the continental United States. Orders to be delivered within the state of Georgia will be charged the standard 7% sales tax. Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. As of December 15, 2014, ourskinny.com is integrated with UPS for shipping within the continental United States. We expect to offer additional shipping methods in the coming months.
UPS delivers Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Your shipment will include a packing slip outlining the products contained therein. Please check the accuracy of your order immediately and report any problems to firstname.lastname@example.org.
OurSkinny's bars are able to withstand heat up to 104 degrees. During the warmer months (from May 15 through October 15), we attempt to mitigate the heat's effect on our bars by:
- Packing our bars with gel-ice in foil insulating pouches.
- Attempting to ensure that no bars are on the road for more than three days.
- Attempting to ensure that no bars sit in trucks over the weekend.
In order to insure that your bars arrive in the best possible condition, we may be forced to hold orders placed later in the week, extending delivery times. If you live in the western part of the United States, your two- or four-week order will arrive in two shipments. We will ship your shakes and mini meals via UPS. We will ship your bars via USPS priority mail.
There are a few simple steps you can take to help us through the long, hot summer:
In the eastern United States, please place your orders on Saturday or Sunday or early in the week. In the western United States, just allow a couple of extra days, knowing that we will ship your bars only on Monday or Tuesday (west of the Rockies) or no later than Wednesday (in the plains states). Please ship to a location where someone will be there to receive them. When you receive your bars, please place them immediately into the refrigerator for an hour or two.
We make every good-faith effort to make sure that you get your Mini Meals promptly and in good condition, but both UPS and USPS occasionally incur delays, and despite our best efforts “things happen.” Please rest assured that we will replace any melted bars.
We will be happy to exchange any unused, unopened product within 14-days of the date of receipt, as noted on the UPS confirmation of delivery that we receive when your order arrives. You can initiate an exchange by calling (912)354-4687 or (855)E-SKINNY, or by emailing us at email@example.com
