Healthy Chocolate Cake Recipe

If you are trying to lose weight, baked goods are usually a no-go. OurSkinny doesn't think that's fair. You have to try this amazing healthy chocolate cake recipe. You read that right above: 125 calories per slice of chocolate cake, and all you need is a little faith in one secret ingredient...
2 OurSkinny Chocolate Pro shakes. 
1 cup cauliflower, grated 
½ cup skim milk
50 g. dark chocolate (60%+)
1 cup applesauce
2 oz. fat-free cream cheese
3 eggs
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup flaxseed flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract 
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Lightly oil a 7 inch springform cake tin (all-natural no-calorie spray is best).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Place the raw cauliflower in a food processor or blender and blitz until smooth.
  5. Add the milk, blend thoroughly and set aside for a moment.
  6. Melt the chocolate and applesauce together.
  7. Combine the chocolate mixture and the cauliflower mixture and stir together.
  8. Add the eggs, vanilla, and cream cheese and blend well.
  9. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
  10. Pour into the cake tin and bake for 30 minutes
  11. Serve and enjoy!
HOLLY'S NOTES TO THE CHEF
Yeah, I know, it's a little weird to consider a chocolate cake that contains cauliflower. Keep that knowledge to yourself if you must (or if you have kids). But trust me, if you look at the list of flavorings and preservatives in your typical cake mix you will feel better about my secret ingredient. Either way, I challenge you to find a healthy chocolate cake recipe that you like better. (And if you do, please share!)
